Members are important to us and you can purchase an annual membership throughout the year.
Individual memberships are $25. Your membership starts on the date of purchase and is valid for one year from that date. A reminder notice will be sent to you one month prior to when it expires.
By becoming a Member, you are helping support all our programs and services offered in the Columbia Valley at no cost. Please join many other Members and support The Hospice Society of the Columbia Valley’s mission and vision.
A membership includes:
- Voting privileges at our Annual General meeting or any special meetings that may be called
- Receiving notices about events and other Hospice-related information throughout the year
Becoming a Member:
To purchase a membership, please complete the Online Membership Form or select the Download Membership Form to print and return to our office either by mail, in person or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We want the process to be as flexible as possible so if you need assistance just call our office and we will help you over the phone.
